Presentation concerns the nonlocal Dirichlet equation of double phase type with the right hand side function of superlinear and subcritical growth. The existence of two constant sign solutions (one positive, the other one negative) and of a sign-changing solution which has exactly two nodal domains and which turns out to be the least energy sign-changing solution is presented. The proof is based on variational tools in combination with the quantitative deformation lemma and the Poincare-Miranda existence theorem.
